How It Works
Book your hall in 6 simple steps
Availability Check
Users log in and select the "Hall Reservation" service. You can filter by Municipality (ULB), hall type, and date to see a real-time calendar of available slots.
Selection
Choose the specific hall (Community Hall, Town Hall, or Multi-purpose Hall) and select the time slot (Morning, Evening, or Full Day).
Application Entry
Fill in the event details (e.g., wedding, seminar, social gathering) and the applicant's contact information.
Supporting Documents
Upload required identity and event-related proofs.
Online Payment
Pay the booking deposit and rental fees online. A provisional booking confirmation is issued immediately.
Confirmation
Once the department verifies the event type against municipal bylaws, the final booking receipt is generated.
Documents Required
To secure a reservation, the following documents are typically required:
