How It Works

Registration
Create an account on the e-Nagar portal with your mobile number as the username.
Selecting Service
Navigate to "Online Services" > "License" > "Shops and Establishment".
Determining Form Type
Form D (Intimation): For businesses with fewer than 10 workers. Form A (Registration): For businesses with 10 or more workers.
Form Filing
Enter establishment details (name, nature of business, start date) and employee breakdown.
Online Payment
Pay the prescribed fees (e.g., approximately ₹1000 in major municipal areas) via the portal.
Certification
Once scrutinized and approved, the digitally signed certificate is available in the "Downloads" section.
