Get your connection in 7 simple steps
Registration/Login
Log in to the e-Nagar portal and select the Water & Drainage module.
Connection Type
Choose between "New Water Connection," "New Drainage Connection," or "Repair/Disconnection".
Application Entry
Enter the property's Tenement Number (from your property tax bill) to link the application.
Document Upload
Upload technical documents and identity proofs.
Fee Payment
Pay the connection charges, road reinstatement fees (if applicable), and scrutiny fees online.
Site Inspection
A municipal engineer will visit the site to verify feasibility.
Approval
Once inspected, the physical connection is approved and executed.
